Graphic Design Pricing in Oklahoma City —
Transparent Investment Ranges
One of the most common questions I hear from Oklahoma City business owners is simple: how much does this cost? It’s a fair question, and I’d rather answer it plainly than make you fill out a form to find out. Below you’ll find honest starting ranges for the work I do most — logos, brands, websites, and print — so you can plan with real numbers instead of guesses.
Most of my work is priced by the project, and I also offer hourly and retainer rates for ongoing work. Either way, every engagement starts with a short conversation and a clear estimate. No surprises, no pressure, and quotes are always free.

All projects are quoted individually after a brief discovery conversation. Final pricing depends on scope, number of deliverables, and timeline. Prices above are starting points for straightforward projects.
What You’re Actually Paying For
Design pricing can feel like a black box, so here’s how I think about it. Most of my work is priced by the project, and when you hire me for one, you’re paying for the judgment behind the work as much as the work itself. A logo that reads clearly at any size, a website that converts visitors into customers, a brand that still looks right five years from now: that’s the outcome, and it comes from experience, not templates.
Every number on the table above is a starting point for a straightforward project. What moves a price within its range is scope — how many concepts and revision rounds, how many pages or deliverables, how much strategy the project calls for, and how quickly you need it. I’ll always tell you where your project lands and why before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Ongoing Work —
Hourly & Retainer Rates
Not every project fits a fixed scope. Alongside project pricing, I work on an hourly basis at $100 per hour ($90 for non-profits), billed in quarter-hour increments — ideal for the steady stream of smaller needs a growing business runs into, like a flyer, a landing-page update, or seasonal social graphics.
Retainers are available to clients once we’ve established a working relationship. See the full hourly and retainer breakdown on my Service Rates page.
Why I’m Not the Cheapest
and How That Saves You Money
You can find a $20 logo online or generate one with AI in seconds. Plenty of my clients tried that first, and many came to me afterward to fix the fallout: files that don’t work at print resolution, a logo that looks like three other businesses in town, or a website that looks fine until you try to update it. Redoing work costs more than doing it right the first time.
What you get instead is a designer who understands the Oklahoma City market, asks the questions that lead to better decisions, and stands behind the result. You work directly with me from the first conversation to final delivery — no account managers, no handoffs, no junior designer learning on your dime.
How Payment and
Project Timelines Work
For most projects, I bill 60% up front to reserve your spot on the calendar and begin work, with the remaining 40% due at delivery. For larger or ongoing engagements, I’m glad to work out a payment schedule that fits your business.
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly feedback comes back, but as a rough guide: logo projects typically run 2–3 weeks, full brand identity 4–6 weeks, and websites 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. You’ll get a clear timeline before we start.
Common Questions About Graphic Design Pricing
How much does a logo cost in Oklahoma City?
Logo pricing comes in three tiers: Logo Development for Business at $900, Logo Development at $1,200, and Full-Service Logo Development + Identity Guide at $2,500. The right fit depends on how many concepts, revisions, and brand assets you need. Every project is quoted after a short conversation.
Why does professional design cost more than a budget service or AI tool?
You’re paying for strategy, ownable files, and protection from expensive mistakes — not just a picture. Budget services and AI generators can’t clear a mark against what’s already out there, so you may end up with a logo that’s too close to an existing one. That’s not a small problem: businesses often discover it only after they’ve printed brochures, ordered signage, and wrapped their trucks — then get served a cease-and-desist and have to scrap all of it and start over. The cheap logo becomes the most expensive line item they have. On top of that, AI and template tools frequently can’t give you a design you fully own or can trademark, and hand over low-resolution files that fall apart at print size with no vector artwork for signage or embroidery. Many of my clients came to me after exactly this, paying twice because the first version couldn’t be used or couldn’t be defended. Starting right — with original work, print-ready files you own, and a mark built to stand on its own — is far less expensive in the long run.
Do you work with small businesses and startups on tighter budgets?
Yes. I’ve worked with businesses at every stage. If your budget is limited, please tell me — I can often scope a focused project that gets you started professionally without a full upfront investment.
How much does a website cost?
WordPress websites start at $2,500 for a one-page landing site and $4,500 for a five-page business site. Multi-page custom builds begin at $8,000, and e-commerce from $9,500. I build and host every site personally on WordPress, so you get one point of contact for the life of the site.
Will my project cost the starting price or the higher end of the range?
It depends on scope — the number of deliverables, revision rounds, pages, and how much strategy is involved. I’ll tell you exactly where your project lands and why before any work begins, so the estimate is clear up front.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For most projects, it’s 60% up front and 40% at delivery. For larger or ongoing work, I’m happy to set up a payment schedule that fits your business.
Do you work on an hourly or retainer basis?
Yes. Alongside project pricing, I work hourly at $100 per hour ($90 for non-profits), and I offer retainer contracts that discount that rate based on monthly hours and contract length. Retainers are open to clients only after a relationship has been established. Full details are on my Service Rates page.
