- To qualify for a non-profit rate, a tax-exempt status document of 501(c)(3) status and a Federal Identification Number to be provided.

- Retainer rates provide consistency for workflow and in return, C R Design will extend immediate response times just as though our team is an extension of your internal workforce.
- Agreed upon hourly retainer hours must all be used during the monthly billing cycle. Unused extra hours cannot be carried forward. Upon fulfillment of the monthly allotment of hours, extended hours can be provided but at the standard rate cost. And quickness of service may throttle down to a first come first serve format with the production schedule at that date & time.
